Ben & Jerry's Peanut Butter Cup 'Wich
The best way to eat a peanut-butter cup is smothered in ice cream and sandwiched between two perfectly chewy, chocolatey cookies. While the Earl of Sandwich’s title has been snagged since the year 1660 by naval commander Admiral Sir Edward Montagu, that doesn’t mean there’s not room for you to make your mark on the genre.
The way Ben & Jerry’s like to roll is to take peanut butter ice cream, stir in an abundant supply of peanut-butter cups, then sandwich it all between two chewy chocolate cookies.
They’re equally proud of the ingredients that go into these ice-cream sandwiches; like all Ben & Jerry’s products, Peanut Butter Cup ‘Wich is made using milk from farmers in our Caring Dairy programme, and featuring free range eggs. They also use Fairtrade-certified sugar, cocoa, and vanilla and box these ‘Wiches up with responsibly sourced packaging.
